Congratulations to our new Your Dog's Place, LLC Canine Good Citizens! They rocked it for their evaluations this past Saturday! Hurray for Elaine with "Tito" and Isabella with "Bailey". Thank you to my incredible volunteers who I love to see on a regular basis for our tests. I always appreciate their dependability - Diane and Patsy with our sweet neutral dog "Venus". A huge THANK YOU to Nina from Happy Paws - School for Dogs for coming out for the day to evaluate our dogs, always fair, always honest and most importantly always rooting for our dogs to pass and earn their title. Thanks to dear Jodi at Rockstar DOG Bakery for the most awesome doggie cookies, thoroughly enjoyed by all the dogs who consumed them on Saturday!

Looking for something fun to do with your dog, something that will help build the bond between you?
Give rally obedience a try! It's less structured than traditional obedience, and you can talk to your dog!
Either a basic class(family manners, life skills, CGC), or previous training experience would be helpful.

Class begins on Friday, March 21 at 7:00 pm.

Congratulations to our new Your Dog's Place Therapy Dog teams, Deb and "Coco", Jessica and "One Eyed W***y", Maria & Woody with "Cooper" and "Lainey", Amy and "Opal", and Pam and "Siena"! They all aced their Bright & Beautiful Therapy Dog Certification test this past weekend! Everyone did fantastic jobs preparing their dogs and I'm very proud of all of you! We are looking forward to your healing presence in our local communities as your sweet dogs bring smiles and laughs to all they meet. Thank you to my incredible volunteers - Dan with "Wicket", Kristy with "Annie Oakley", Diane with "Riley Ray", Elaine with "Cooper and Tito" and Neil with "Willow"! I appreciate you more than you could possibly know! Huge thank you to Donna DeVoist of Wylde Pups Gentle Dog Training and Lure Coursing for traveling from afar to evaluate our crew both days and dealing with our rescheduling from the big snowstorm! We love having you and "Wink" and my students always appreciate your calm energy. Thank you to Jodi from Rockstar DOG Bakery for her delectable custom dog cookies which usually leave the building in our dogs' bellies, they just can't wait to wolf them down! Happy Howlidays and can't wait for stories this upcoming year about the joy these dogs are spreading!

I think "Odin" enjoys it too! Great big thanks to Nina from Happy Paws - School for Dogs for coming out for the day to evaluate this group. We can't thank you enough for your patience and understanding of nerves, both handlers and dogs! You always put everyone at ease. Intermediate/Advanced is on
Tuesdays at 1:30pm or Fridays at
5:30pm. Novice class is at 7:15pm on Fridays. Some previous training classes are a prerequisite.

Congratulations to our new Your Dog's Place Therapy Dog teams, Jen and "Odin", Tracy and "Luna Blue Bear" and Scott and "Olive"! They passed their Bright & Beautiful Therapy Dog Certification test this past Sunday with flying colors! A shout out to "General Ike" who is destined to do this type of work and has amazing "parents" who will continue to lead him down this path. You all did fantastic, and I couldn't be more proud of my students! Thrilled to have you working in our local communities bringing smiles and laughs to all your dogs meet. Thank you to my incredible volunteers - Diane with "Riley Ray" and Michele with "Tuukka"! I count on you and you always deliver. Huge thank you to Donna DeVoist of Wylde Pups Gentle Dog Training and Lure Coursing for traveling from afar to evaluate our crew and on a Sunday this time! We adore having you and "Wink"! We had to cancel today's Sniffer because of the weather and we're confirmed for next Saturday the 24th as a make up. Location is Bethany, PA ~ a couple of miles north of Honesdale. We had some folks who aren't able to make the new date so we have plenty of openings if you're available and would like to join us! Feel free to share :)

A shout out to Lynn with "Cody", Diane with "Marabou", Melissa with "Fionnagan" and Julie with "Harper". Kudos to Fern with "Chloe" who came SOOOO close to achieving their title! Please keep working at it! Thank you to my amazing volunteers - Diane, Elaine and Keta with "Abby". You don't know how much I appreciate your help and reliability!!!
