Hello everyone! Summer is here even if it doesn’t feel like it some days!

We are so excited to begin summer camp! If your child is attending camp, please be sure that you’ve sent your deposit and if you have not yet gotten camp forms from me, please message me your email address. I have managed to lose a few email addresses along the way. I can’t wait to see everyone!

8 year old Mustang captured 2018. 13 hands. In your pocket personality, level headed, push type ride. This guy has only been here a few days and in that time he has happily worked indoors, outdoors, in our jump field, and has been put over several small cross country fences as well as jumps in the arena. He hacks out alone or in a group, he is not spooky and has not shown any vices under saddle or on the ground. He loads, ties, bathes, and he loves to be brushed and handled. He has a wtc, but he is still green. I feel confident that an intermediate rider could finish him up, or a less experienced rider in a program. He has the barrel to take up some leg and a small adult or teen could easily ride him, but he is short enough to be appropriate for a child. He is honest and trusting enough for eventing, but he has the trot for the hunter arena. He was western broke and has those buttons too. He is sound, barefoot, and an extremely easy keeper. Message me to come meet him, I doubt I’ll have him long.

Beginner Camp #1 July 7-11
This camp is open for any student aged 6+. No experience necessary, but we will also have riding groups for those who already know how to walk and trot.

Intermediate Camp July 21-25
This camp is open to riders 8+ who are solidly walking and trotting. Just learning to canter is ok, but we also will have a group for those who are schooling low fences.

Beginner Camp #2 August 4-8
A second session of our most popular camp!

Eventing Camp August 11-15
Prepare for a mini horse trial and learn a dressage test, school some cross country fences on our private cross country course, and design and ride your own show jumping course. Riders must be comfortably jumping 2 foot courses, but no prior cross country experience necessary. Bring your own horse or reserve one of ours.

Camps run 9am-3pm, and cost per week is $500. A non refundable 50% deposit is required to hold your spot.

It’s that time again! Think thoughts of summer and enroll in Lear Stables Summer Camp!

Beginner Camp #1 July 7-11
This camp is open for any student aged 6+. No experience necessary, but we will also have riding groups for those who already know how to walk and trot.

Lear Stables ADULT CAMP for ages 21+

September 6/7/8

10am-2pm

$75 a day

We will ride in small groups, on the cross country course, in the arena, lots of fun for all levels of riders. All levels invited to join. Bring a dish to pass, I will also have snacks and drinks available. Bring your own horse or reserve one of ours.

Message me to join the fun! Lesson horse use is limited.
