As a reminder, summer heat can be dangerous for pets, especially dogs with short snouts like Bulldogs, Pugs, and Frenchies.

Watch for signs of overheating like excessive panting or drooling, bright red gums, wobbling, or vomiting. If you notice these signs, get your pet to a cool area, offer water, and call us immediately.

Our clinic will resume normal business hours on Saturday, July 5th. In the event of an emergency please contact Premier Veterinary Group in Orland Park 708-388-3771 or VCA Arboretum 630-963-0424. Please remember to refill your pets medications today if you need them for Friday. The staff here at ACC would like to wish everyone a safe a wonderful holiday!
