UPDATE he found his home. You all rember Frodo sadly at no fault of his own has some unforeseen circumstances they most rehome this guy. He is a little over a year. His family says he is nueter up to date on vaccines. They also said he is super sweet and great with kids. Pm if interested there is a rehoming fee.
