United Paws of S Florida

United Paws of S Florida Many of our volunteers pay for things out of their pocket when money is not available from donors without reimbursement.

Everyone in our organization are volunteers, we have no paid employees. 100% of our donations and grants go towards the many expenses we incur for our animals on a daily basis. We presently have many animals in the need of surgery and medications. These animals deserve a second and sometimes a third chance in life. We never want to come to a point where we have to turn any animal away that is deserving of a forever home.

Mellow was surrendered to us after his family couldn't handle some of his issues. He had litter box avoidance issues. He also has hyperthyroidism and had a bacteria in his urine, which both causes litter box problems. He is now on all the right meds and we will see how well he does at his recheck next week with our vet. We are looking for a forever foster for Mellow. He is a great cat that just needs a quiet home with a lot of love. He will need his small pill twice a day, luckily he is easy to medicate. Being a forever foster for him means we will be responsible for his medical bills. We just want this sweet boy to have a great ending and not spend the time he has left at a shelter. He gets plenty of love and attention here but it's not the same as being home. Please share for him.
