CAUGHT IN THE ACT!!!

Woman pours bleach on food meant for stray cats.

Chester, Pennsylvania - Many of you have reached out about a video posted on YouTube and then on other animal advocates’ pages.

Apparently, a Good Samaritan who lives near this "individual" recorded the incident. The video appears to show a woman walking out of her house and directly toward the road, where trays of cat food had reportedly been left out for stray cats in the area.

In the video, she appears to confidently and without pause or hesitation pour bleach onto each area of food that had been left out for these stray cats.

We have been told that the individual in question has been arrested. Once word got out, I was also provided the individual’s name and address.

I plan on calling first thing tomorrow, I mean first thing this morning (sorry it's 2 AM CST,) May 18th, 2026, to confirm her name, the charges, and her next court date so we can put a proper call to action together.

Once again, we ask - Who Does This? Emboldened and empowered and without any sympathy with little lives left in the balance. Was this the first time this "individual" did this? Hmph.... So many questions as always.

For now, please keep sharing this. If this individual thinks it's OK to do this, we need to make sure she knows consequences come with those hateful actions
