It is good as curry, a jerky, a Caribbean jerk, kabobs, a stew, goat shawarma, tacos… The list goes on and on.
If you have owned goats you won’t feel bad eating them either. They are destruction and chaos on four legs. With or without horns.

Hollyhock has one lovely, weaned boy left - she had quads (3b &1d)this year and it's time to share the fun - I've done the work and he is weaned, disbudded, cocci prevention etc. All you have to do is send in the app!
