What are your favorite "cool down" hacks and treats for you and your animals? Horses, chickens, dogs, kids, we want to hear them all!

🐎 One of our absolute musts is soaking all of the horses feed with loose minerals and electrolytes 💧 This helps get them a little extra hydration and encourages them to drink more! We are LOVING the Hydra-Max product from 100X Equine! Clean troughs regularly topped with cool water and frequent misting sessions are also favorites. 🐓🦆 For our chickens and ducks, we love to put out splash pads and overflow their pools in areas so they can cool their feet while digging for bugs. Chickens and ducks regulate their body temperature through their feet, so a cool place to stand is very important! 🐕 Our dogs love the sprinklers and to lay down in troughs we, totally on-purpose, let flow over for a few minutes. They also love to lick/chew frozen yogurt doggie treats mixed with blueberries and chicken bites. (Link for treat bone - https://a.co/d/02L0E9aO )

💦 We personally love our personal mister fans and have been creating new concoctions of liquid IV or Bravenly Hydrate packs mixed with water and varying Starbucks refresher concentrates.

Probably a long shot given where we live, but we are looking to potentially lease out a second property 🏡
We are looking for a local property (within 30 minutes of Hollister, NC) that has:

• An arena with solid footing suitable for sliding stops
• Either a 2+ stall barn or Run-In
• 1-2+ pastures available.
• On-Site Tractor/drag for arena is a plus
• Outdoor paddocks are a plus
• Storage area a plus

If you know of anything that might be available or someone not utilizing their arena/pasture who would be open to leasing it out for a couple of our performance horses, we'd love to chat!

Roxie is a head-turning Bay Rabicano 2023 16hh double register AQHA and APHA Mare bred to bring home the gold. Her size, looks and personality make her the perfect prospect for a wide range of possibilities.

Out of Salt on the Rocks, a multiple world champion sire and world champion APHA legend himself, Roxie was bred for greatness. Her unique coloring and fantastic size is sure to get her noticed anywhere she goes.

Under saddle, Roxie is extremely willing, quiet and kind. She has already shown and placed in Halter classes and presents herself with that "unbothered" attitude we all hope for in a horse when going to new locations and being exposed to/learning new things.

In the arena, Roxie collects up very nicely, is very level-headed and moves out with a natural headset that will make others drool. She has great shoulder control, a start to a nice turnaround and a nice stop.

On the trails, she is an absolute dream. She rates out with perfection, has no problem going in/over/through things, drags objects and can go out in a group, or branch off alone. Nothing we have asked of this gorgeous girl has been too much.

Roxie stands for fly spray, baths, farrier, grooming and tacking like a lady. She loads, hauls and ties without issue.

If you are looking for a big, beautiful and sweet mare to win in Ranch or Western Pleasure shows on the weekends and take on trail rides with peace of mind throughout the week, Roxie is your girl. She is also 5 panel n/n and would make a fantastic breeding prospect to continue her wonderful bloodlines later on.

Both of these sweet and talented ladies are available for a new pasture code! While they may have the same cute genetic trait in their color, they each hold their own individual amazing talents.
Roxie is a big, beautiful mare who is ready to enjoy ranch and trail work and appreciates a quieter pace of life, while Poppy is eager to get down to business, move cattle, and tackle more demanding ranch work.
