💫 HP Raps Pl***oy aka Rowan 💫
Rowan is a one in a million 14hh 2022 Red Roan Gelding who is ready to take someone to the next level. This sweet gelding truly has the best of both worlds. He is SAFE, true, gentle, smart and fearless. He is also an athletic powerhouse with a desire to please and has a VERY thorough foundation personally instilled by us here on the Ranch.
By the athletic and cowy Rap Cat (LTE $51,000+ in NCHA) and legendary Little Trona (PE of over $2 million), his athleticism, cowy nature, good mind and confirmation has been passed down and shown in everything he does.
There isn't a new technique or skill we've taught Rowan that he hasn't immediately excelled at and taken on with pleasure. He handles a rope, drags items, has a great stop, has a nice spin, has been started on the flag and neck reins .
He moves off of leg pressure like a dream, collects up with the slightest cue, and is extremely agile.
He adores affection, loves to smell your face as close as possible, is very personable.
If you want a horse that meets you at the gate for breakfast and wins you a check by dinner, Rowan is your guy. Looking for something you can also put the kids/grandkids on to take around the farm or take with CONFIDENCE on a trail ride that they are safe? Rowan is the one! There is not a mean, spooky or untrue bone in his body.
We have seen ZERO buck, spook, rear, bolt, kick, etc... out of him. He is always a gentleman both on the ground and under saddle.
It's not often you come by such a good and quiet minded horse that also has the athleticism and versatility as Rowan. He truly is the perfect mix.
Take him to the stock shows on Saturday and hit the trails with the family Sunday.
We believe Rowan would be fantastic for Cutting, Working Cowhorse, Ranch Work, Trails, Breakaway Roping, Team Penning and Sorting. He is a high caliber horse that excels with cow work, but can continue almost any direction.
His price will go up if we begin to show him advance his training. Get him before we do and change our minds!
