For anyone that boards with us, all horses are in with hay tonight into tomorrow with the bad air quality. Inside the barn isnt bad and have the end doors shut to minimize smoke drifting through. All horses also had electrolytes in their waters all week and will be keeping a close eye on them through this smoke situation. Thank you!

Photo dump of the last two weeks fun. Entertaining the idea of a "Adult Women's" riding night or weekend one or twice a month for women who have always wanted to ride, learn about horses or just be around other women for a fun time. Lots of saddle time, kitties taking peaceful naps and fellowship at the barn, dogs got in on some walking now that the weather is nicer too! ❤️

Yesterday we had the Equine Dentist come to get the ponies up on their dental hygiene. 13 horses done in about 3 hours ! Huge thank you ! The horses that didnt get a chance to get done yesterday will be booked for a second visit in the later summer.

Pretty proud of this pony's progress. In October she was a auction buy for a friend, but showed potential. She was on the thin side but we decided to take a chance. She has cushings , so she doesnt shed out & has very long hair. Fast forward to now. She is giving a special little girl lessons and got a spring body clip after playing in the water troughs to cool off on the hot days. She has a specialized diet that works well for her and has put weight back on, probably has some old injuries that have left her hip points a little pointy but she's a fiesty little pony who doesnt know shes "aged" .
