After many wonderful years of caring for pets and the people who love them, Ottawa Animal Hospital West will officially close on Wednesday, June 24th at 5:00 p.m.
To allow our team time to complete the transition, both locations will be closed Thursday, June 25th thru Sunday, June 28th. We will reopen and begin welcoming patients at our newly expanded Ottawa Animal Hospital East location on Monday, June 29th.
If there is a medical emergency, and your pets needs immediate care while we are closed some emergency resources in the area include:

By bringing our teams together under one roof at Ottawa Animal Hospital East, we will be able to offer an enhanced experience for both our clients and patients while continuing the compassionate care you've come to know and trust.
Our expanded facility at 2691 120th Ave. features:
🐾 14 exam rooms to better serve our growing community
🌈 A dedicated comfort room with a private exit for families saying goodbye to a beloved pet
🐱🐶 Separate cat and dog treatment areas to help reduce stress for our feline patients
💧 Rehabilitation services, including a water treadmill, to support recovery and mobility
⏰ New hospital hours:
- Monday – Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 7:00 a.m. – Noon
-Sunday: Closed
Though our address may be changing, our commitment to providing exceptional veterinary care remains exactly the same. The same doctors, technicians, customer service representatives, and support staff you know, and trust will continue to be here for you and your pets—now together in one beautiful, expanded location designed with your family's needs in mind.
