Holden Animal Clinic is hiring a Full-Time Front Desk Associate!
MUST be available to work 8a-6p during the week and Saturdays 8a-Noon. Associate will have 1 day off during the week and only work every other Saturday and some holidays (though we are closed all major holidays)

*must have prior experience working with the public (front desk, cashier, etc.)
*since this is a client facing position, proper attire and personal grooming is a must.
*must be at least 18 y/o and be able to pass a background check and drug test
*proper phone etiquette and pleasant demeanor with clients a must
*must be able to read and write/type grammatically correct
*must be reliable and dependable to be at work every day and have reliable transportation. We are not able to accommodate frequent absences and tardies
*prior work experience with Windows based systems a plus
*MUST love animals and have animal care experience (family pets, etc)
* Duties include (but not limited to)- answering 2-line phone, checking clients in/out, cashing out clients (money handling experience a must), light janitorial work, etc.
*Benefits include discounted vet care for your own pets (not family and friends), discounted/free dog food and preventatives, paid holidays and vacation (after waiting period), etc.
THIS IS A FRONT DESK ONLY POSITION, this position will not be one that is transitional to a vet assistant position

Holden Animal Clinic will be closed on Monday, January 6th due to inclement weather and for the safety of our staff and patrons.

We plan to reopen on Tuesday, January 7 weather permitting.
