We had a home lined up, but it fell through 😞
Riker is a 3-year-old, 23-lb mixed breed with the most adorable ears -- possibly a little Yorkie or Papillon in there! He’s a great blend of companion and adventure buddy, happy to head out for a walk or curl up on the couch right next to you.
Riker is house-trained in his foster home and loves his daily walks. He’s also a champion cuddler who truly enjoys hanging out with his people. At night, he sleeps through the night in his crate in his foster home, but overall he’s not a big fan of being crated during the day. An ideal home would be with someone who is around more often or doesn’t rely heavily on crating.
When it comes to other dogs, Riker does well with some but can try to be the boss, so thoughtful introductions and a confident handler will help set him up for success. He’d thrive in a home that understands his personality and can provide gentle guidance. Ideally, he would be the only dog in his forever home.
