📢 VACCINE POLICY REMINDER – NO EXCEPTIONS 📢

To all grooming clients:

ALL pets must be up-to-date on the following vaccinations in order to be groomed:
• Rabies
• Bordetella (kennel cough)
• Influenza
• Distemper

This policy is non-negotiable & strictly enforced. If your pet is not current on all four vaccines, we will have to turn you away at check-in.

These requirements are in place to protect the health & safety of every pet in our care, as well as our staff. We will not risk the well-being of others due to outdated or missing records.

📅 Please double-check with your vet before your appointment if you’re unsure of your pet’s vaccination status.

‼️OLD DERBY ANIMAL HOSPITAL IS ACCEPTING NEW GROOMING CLIENTS‼️

JESS: I have been grooming for 3 years and have a passion for creative grooms! If you have a fun or wacky idea for your pup’s haircut send it my way! My favorite breed to groom is poodles and doodles, but I am open to any and all breeds and sizes! I would love if people would come to me for their creative grooms 🙂

RACHEL: I have been with the Spa at Old Derby for about 4 years now but have been grooming for 12 years. My favorite breeds to groom are poodles & poodle mixes! I have a true passion for grooming & couldn’t imagine doing anything else! I am currently dog CPR certified & currently in the process of becoming a “Fear Free Certified Groomer”. I’d love to meet you & your pups!

We’d also like to officially welcome Jess to our grooming team at the Spa! Jess has been grooming for 3 years at Petsmart in Braintree & now is excited to open a chapter at the Spa at Old Derby! We are so excited to have her!

Hi all,

April has found another job closer to home so it will just be me running the salon. I am going to try accommodate as many clients as possible until Brittany comes back in February. For those of you I cannot fit into the schedule, I can give referrals to salons close by for the time being. Please have patience while I try to sort out the schedule, phone calls, & emails.
