Important Update Regarding Your Pet's Prescriptions:

POLICY CHANGE**

We are writing to inform you of an upcoming change to our prescription refill policy. Effective Monday 5/4/2026, we will no longer be accepting ONLINE medication requests directly from third-party pharmacies such as Chewy, 1800 PetMeds, Allivet, and similar services.

This decision has been made to ensure the highest level of accuracy and personalized care for your pet's medication needs.

If you wish to continue ordering your pet's medications through a third-party online pharmacy after 5/4/2024, you will need to pick up a written prescription directly from our office. You can then submit this written prescription to your preferred online pharmacy.

For your convenience, we are also happy to continue filling prescriptions directly through our in-house pharmacy or through our online pharmacy (Vetcove). This option allows us immediate access to your pet's medical records and ensures a seamless and efficient process for you.

We understand that changes to established routines can be inconvenient, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we implement this new policy. Our goal is always to provide the best possible care for your beloved pets.
