The sap has been flowing, the evaporator has been steaming, and we’ve been busy turning fresh maple sap into the good stuff!

Every bottlle comes straight from this year’s boil — locally made, and as fresh as it gets.

This is the strongest sap run we’ve seen in years and the sugar shack is working overtime!

Fun fact: It takes about 40 gallons of sap to make just 1 gallon of maple syrup. That’s why you’re seeing so much steam rolling off the evaporator here, all that extra water has to boil away before we’re left with the good stuff.

A little winter sweetness 🍁 We’ve got a pint jug maple syrup sale happening on the back porch in our “sales room.” These make the perfect host gifts all winter long... easy, local, and always appreciated.

Exciting news, maple syrup lovers. We're thrilled to announce that in addition to selling from our home, you can now find our glass varieties (leaves and cruets) at Purplebrown Farm Store in Peninsula.
