Meet our sweet staff pet, Nana! 💕🐾

Today was Nana’s spay day, and she did an amazing job! We’re so proud of our brave girl and can’t wait to spoil her with lots of love while she recovers. 🌸

Spaying your pet is one of the best gifts you can give them. It helps:
🐶 Reduce the risk of certain cancers and serious infections.
🐶 Prevent unexpected litters and help reduce pet overpopulation.
🐶 Eliminate heat cycles and the behaviors that come with them.
🐶 Support a longer, healthier life.

If your furry friend hasn’t been spayed yet, talk with your veterinarian about the best time to schedule the procedure. Every spay helps create a healthier future for your pet and makes a difference for animals in our community.
Join us in wishing Nana a smooth and speedy recovery! 💗✨

🦟 Heartworm Prevention Q&A ❤️🐾

Q: My pet is on heartworm prevention. Do they still need to be tested every year?
A: Yes! Annual heartworm testing is an important part of keeping your pet healthy. Even pets on monthly prevention should be tested yearly to ensure the medication is working and to catch any infections as early as possible.

Heartworm disease is spread by mosquitoes and can cause serious damage to your pet’s heart and lungs. The good news? It’s far easier—and less expensive—to prevent than to treat.

Protect your furry family member by:
🐶 Giving heartworm prevention consistently every month.
🩺 Scheduling a yearly heartworm test.
📅 Staying up to date on your pet’s annual wellness exam.

Have questions about which heartworm prevention is best for your pet? Our team is happy to help! Call us today to schedule your pet’s annual heartworm test and keep them protected all year long. ❤️🐾
