Chi-Chi: Chihuahua / Mixed (short coat)
Adult Male
Chi-Chi was a local stray saved after being placed on the top of a dumpster with no way to get down - how cruel! When he arrived, he weighed only 4.5lbs and he looked it!

Since being in his foster home with good, nutritious food, receiving appropriate vetting exam, he has double his weight and the transformation is heartwarming and makes every rescuer smile with happy tears! (see photos for his glow-up)!!!!!

He is estimated to be 3-4 years old and weighs approximately 9-10lbs and is still filling out to a healthy weight!

Foster Home Update: He LOVES women and food (understandable!) is good with other dogs in the home (a Shepherd and another foster puppy) and doesn't care about the resident cat either! He is an 'atypical Chi' that gets comfy and accepts adults in the home and those he is familiar with that do not live with him when allowed to warm up on his terms. He does like to be the apple of your eye and will tell the other pets in the home "mine, mine, mine - go away". He is crate trained too! Kids should be older (no toddlers) and Chihuahua personality 'savvy'!

We recommend training for all our dogs!

Chi-chi’s adoption donation has been reduced to $300 due to a generous donor.

**Breed or size (once fully grown) is a 'best guess' and is not guaranteed since they arrived into rescue without either parent.

**Magnificent Mutts is an all foster home based rescue and meets are held by appointment with the entire family in attendance. Please ensure your current pets are up to date with vetting, have landlord/HOA approval and are prepared to take your new family member home at the adoption appointment. Thank you for your interest!

Buzzard
Great Pyrenees / Mixed Baby Male
The "Birds of Prey" litter of pups are so adorable we can't decide which is cuter!

All have the most expressive eyes they are sure to 'prey' on everyone's hearts!

Buzzard is approximately 8 weeks old and weighs 10 lbs. This fuzzy 'birdie' would love nothing more than to cuddle up and spend time with his person. He is so sweet you will not be able to resist his charms!

Please check back for a foster home update once he settles into foster care.

We recommend training for all our dogs!

Lucy GSD
Husky / German Shepherd Dog / Mixed
Adult Female
Welcome Lucy GSD! Abandon in an apartment in the city when her family moved she was turned into the local AC.

She is a "pocket" husky/shepherd mix (probably more husky than shep!) at only 31 lbs. Lucy could use a few extra snacks to help her fill out a bit more. She is a very sweet girl who is just looking for a best friend or family who won't let her down like her previous one did.

If you have love and room in your hear for this pretty girl apply today!

Lucy would excel even more with training - We recommend training for all our dogs!

Willoughby: Terrier / Mixed Baby Male
The "Sense and Sensibility" litter of pups are strolling the English countryside just looking for their match!

Each has their own distinct touch of red either painted on the ears, or face which breaks up their all cream coats! S ince they are still learning their manners they are working on jumping and mouthing in their foster home. With continued consistent training they will pick it up in no time!

Willoughby is approximately 10-12 weeks old and weighs approx. 8lbs. He loves to give kisses and enjoys the company of other pups. Like any puppy this scruffy fella is in need of training, but he is smart so he should excel as a star pupil in any obedience class!

Please check back for a foster home update once he settles into foster care.

We recommend training for all our dogs!

Zuri: Bernese Mountain Dog / Mixed
Young Female
Meet Zuri - A Gentle Bernese Looking for a Patient Home

Zuri arrived to us a two months back and has been slowly starting to improve, and is finally ready for an adopter who is not looking for an already perfect dog. She will need patience, love, and time to become the amazing girl she is intended to be. Someone with previous under socialized dog experience would be ideal for her.

BEFORE APPLYING PLEASE BE AWARE THAT SHE WILL NEED ANOTHER DOG IN THE HOME, A FENCED YARD, AND IF THERE ARE ANY CHILDREN IN THE HOME THEY NEED TO BE OLDER AND DOG SAVVY.

Doc: Australian Shepherd / Mixed
Baby Female
The "Back To The Future" litter of pups is 1.21 gigawatts of pure cuteness! With their mesmerizing eyes, unique coat colors and patterns, they are sure to win an Oscar!

Doc is approximately 12 weeks old and weighs approx. 10lbs. Like any puppy she is in need of training and someone who is willing to work with her. True to her Aussie heritage Doc does like to herd her people. However, she is smart and takes corrections well so will thrive with a committed family to train her on the "do's and don'ts."

We recommend training for all our dogs!
