Saint has been diagnosed with FIV which is an autoimmune disease similar to Aids in humans, It cannot be transmitted to humans and only to others cats by deep bites, not by grooming, eating out of the same dish, sneezing or sharing a litter box. FIV cats can live long, normal lives.
Meet Saint, a striking orange tabby gentleman with a heart as warm as his handsome coat. This gentle giant is the definition of laid-back charm, happiest when hes in the same room as his favorite humans, soaking up scratches, treats, and well-earned admiration. Saint may be a little shy at first (after being shuffled around, who could blame him?) but give him constant scratches and a bit of patience and youll discover a devoted companion with a constant purr and a serious talent for biscuit-making. He loves feather toys, balls, ribbons, and his beloved ball tower, and hell even brush himself if you thoughtfully leave a brush nearby. He’s a ground cat and prefers his safe spaces to be low burrows and hidey holes as opposed to tall cat trees and shelves. True to his affectionate nature, Saint is wonderfully tactile and will sweetly reach out to hold hands. He’s also a smart, communicative boy who appreciates honesty (sneak attacks and grabs scare him and hell sulk afterwards) Show him whats going on, negotiate and hell do his best to reward you with trust and cooperation.
