Hi all! 👋🏼 Just a reminder that whether you’re planning a getaway for Spring Break or a Summer trip, I can provide a vacation for your dog(s) at the same time!* 🐶🏡

🐾 I’ve been in business for 7.5 years, and can provide stellar client references.
🐾 We have 10 fenced acres in Hillsboro which is a hop, skip and a jump down Hwy 21 - it’s a lovely drive where you and your dog can moo at cows along the way.
🐾 We provide ‘homestyle lodging’ which means we take no more than 2-3 client’s dogs at a time, and that’s only when appropriate and if individual temperaments allow. Our home is not a kennel environment where your dog is crated all day. Your pal gets to socialize with other well-behaved dogs along with horses, chickens, and our 2 cats.
🐾 Our guests can run around or rest all day, then fall asleep on a bed, a couch, or wherever they feel most at home for the night. You’ll receive regular updates and pictures about their stay and our adventures. And of course, they’ll get all the love they can handle. 💕
🐾 I’m insured and bonded, empathetic, proactive, honest, and caring.

Apparently 2 year long pandemics combined with moving 30+ minutes from your service area, and gas being at an all time high causes one to put their small business on the back burner. 😭 But no more!

Homeward Hound Pet Sitting is still here, and ready to rock and roll in Hillsboro/Jefferson County.🤘🏼
I offer in-home visits for those cuties who prefer the comfort and routine of their own home, as well as sleepovers on our 10 fun-filled fenced acres for well behaved dogs.
I also have experience with horses and chickens, and now that we live in a beautiful rural area I’m looking forward to caring for your barnyard buddies as well! 🐓🐄🐐🐴

During a dog sitting job this week I got rid of a dead snake on their property, moved items from their garage fridge to the inside fridge, turned on sprinklers for their new sod, swept up dog hair, and checked their pup for fleas and ticks after our daily walks. These and other value-added services make hiring an insured and bonded professional like me more than worth the price. Don’t forget that in addition to pet sitting when you travel, I offer dog walking on its own! If you don’t leave town much but have a busy schedule, and find that you can’t walk or enrich your pups as much as you’d like, let’s talk! 🐾♥️
I also offer potty and basic training for puppies. 🐶 Together we can keep your carpet, furniture, and sanity intact!
