This year, we're thrilled to feature some truly special ornaments on our tree, each one representing an animal from Caring Hands Humane Society that's waiting for love and care. To help make their holiday season brighter, they're in need of supplies, food, and treats of all kinds. By choosing an ornament and returning with a gift, you'll be making a special difference in their lives. Monetary donations are also gratefully accepted, and will help bring joy and comfort to these deserving animals. All donations can be returned to Hillsboro Animal Clinic and we will send our elf’s to Newton to make the delivery!!!

This morning from my back porch I am watching trailers move in and out, cattle fill the pens, and a hard working crew getting after it in a Saturday morning! How is fall calving progressing? Today we celebrated a successful C-section delivery. This 175-pound heifer calf, delivered out the side, is ready to take on life! The mama is recovering remarkably well. When extraordinary situations arise, we are available to provide expert assistance and applaud proactive producers who seek help quickly! This handsome boy was found in Hillsboro 2 weeks ago and has not been claimed! He is looking for a forever home!!! There is a small adoption fee but that will cover all vaccinations, neutering, and a fresh groom!!! Call 620-947-3993 to schedule a visit!!! Please share! ❤️

Wound care is quite possibly one of the most rewarding processes! BUT it takes a pet owner that puts in the work too! What a difference 1 month has made for a little Bear! ❤️The bodies ability to “remake” cutaneous tissue and to heal is amazing!
