Just when you all thought it was safe to come out who shows up? Oh yea WE DO!

It has been a pretty bad year for us here but this "Ain't no rest home buttercup" as I always say and you bet, I, WE, are still here!

However, it is with such disappointment and regret that I must put ALL PLANNED PUPPY LITTERS ON HOLD FOR 2024!

Life decided we just not had enough “curve balls” so far this year and threw us some big ones! I had to have a bit of surgery on the bod this week but she is done and this isn't going to stop me from something I will always be so WILD about! Caring for your puppy just would not be as good as it should be and I will have none of that.

There may, possibly a litter this fall but please do not count on it. If anyone has learned this past year how plans change it sure has been myself. My sincere apologies to all of you who have been so patient and watching for an announcement.

Try to be patient. It will be so worth it and please, beware, WATCH out for the scams. They are by far more and many than I have ever seen in the past. I noticed some posts about joining some JRT groups. I will not allow that and do not endorse any of them as too many of them are SCAMS! If anything sneaks through just be very careful if you decide to follow it.

2025 though……here we come! I have kept all my great females along with a couple of males and have more males lined up. By that time I will have that puppy fever more than ever as I already do!

It's been ALL about the dog here the past few weeks! It mostly always is but terrific news!
These two adults were adopted by two people who needed them most and I am without doubt they will deliver!

Whooo hoooo its been FAR too long everybody but I got to slip into my old "digs" "life" for a bit over the weekend and MAN did it feel GREAT!
So many thanks and gratefulness to the people who helped make it happen for me, many that didn't even know me or my dogs (probably a good thing.......)
Anyway, Jacks Or Better Peppermint and Jacks Or Better Dizzy Lizzie do Schaumberg IL. Dizzy her first show, Peppermint only her second. Little Ole Peppermint Patty threw some dirt around!!!!

I always feel best when I am here with all of you. You all make me feel special, smart, humbled, and honored. How many can say that? If I never had or did another thing, this has always been just THE BEST. I’ve been off and on for a while.

Time for me to explain my personal situation. I wanted to wait until all these puppies found their new homes, people, families, future as I did not want to share my personal issue and spoil one of the very best times someone could have. When is it ANY BETTER than the excitement, and anticipation finding just the right one to fill a home, and a family with fun, laughs, new memories, and more? I didn’t want to mess that up for anyone or have anyone feel any different with this.

My husband passed away on June 6th. You bet, extreme shock. Totally unexpected. These litters were planned long before but oh how they added to my struggle. Jade had her litter of 6 on June 7th (yes, one day later) and then Cricket delivers a whopping 10 a couple of weeks later! Any other year, month, or day I would have been just over the stars but, not so much this time. Lucky for me Cricket was the most fabulous mother and every single one of them had no issues whatsoever. Have passed each health exam.

While Jimmy didn’t do just so much with the dogs (I mean do you think I let anyone do much when of course I am the only one to do it best!) still, what he did do I learned in one heck of a hurry. His death has made me appreciate far more those little things that’s for sure.

Going forward I have no choice or feel that I have, but to scale back on the number of litters I have each year. I have not only this but Jimmy and I had our own business which pays the bills, Jacks Or Better, a small mini farm, and then of course just my personal life keeping the bulldozers from condemning my house!

I will be posting soon some of my most prized, loved like no other adult dogs soon. The absolute hardest thing I have ever, ever done and the worst forced decisions I have had to make since this has happened. I feel as though I have had to give up something I love almost every day.

NOT YOUR EVERYDAY ADOPTION I hope to find those that can appreciate the “ready-made” “turn-key” dogs that only an adult can bring. Those that will care for them, love them, ENJOY them as I have. I will be as picky and critical as it gets please understand. I will be looking for those that share it all with me and you can be guaranteed, without any doubt I will be as honest with you. You will know absolutely everything about each one of them. After all that is what is going to bring us all, you, me, the dog the best experience there could be creating another long-lasting love for the Parson Russell Terrier.

THESE PUPPIES NOW TOO ARE SNATCHED UP! PLEASE TAKE THEM OFF THE "AVAILABLE" LIST!!!!!!

As we wind down our puppies for 2023 have a couple of females looking for just the right spot.

What these girlies lack in color they MORE than make up for it in temperment and personality. ALL JACK I am telling you and totally FUN at it too. I have video to prove it!

Hey everybody, I have missed you! It has been a while and it may not get any better any time soon. I have had a MAJOR life-changing event but more on that later.
For now, it looks like we have some puppies from the CH Jacks Or Better Cricket X River Glenn Put Me In Coach whelped on 6/28 there were a bunch of them hoodlums! 10 to be exact and they all are doing fabulous. There were 4 females (1st photo shown) 6 males (second two photos).
There are 3 females and 2 males left available. Not all puppies in the photos are available but some sure are! Due to this change, I have decided to not wait any longer for the people on my list to decide. These puppies will be ready to head for home 8/21.
