Montgomery County PAWS CARE PAWS Care, Inc. is a not-for-profit charity located in Montgomery County, Illinois and is registered and inspected by the State of Illinois.

To meet the animals, you must fill out an application, be approved.. then we will schedule a meeting. We do have an office where we do meet and greets, adoptions, and hold volunteer meetings. I read an article today that stated more and more people are surrendering their pets due to the rising cost of vet care....

I read an article today that stated more and more people are surrendering their pets due to the rising cost of vet care. It's sad, but what's the answer? I want my baby to have the best possible care, so I plan for it. Not everyone has the discretionary income to do that, and just how good is pet insurance?

And let's talk about pet food quality. Shouldn't it be tested and regulated? Look at how many pet food recalls we've seen in the past 5 years or so.

We can do better. Pets deserve better.

We're trying to stay inside in the air conditioning which I don't think has taken a break since noon; that's how we're handling this heat. Can't wait for this month's bill, but I will not let my fur baby be hot. Stay cool, stay hydrated out there in PAWS Land.
