It is with a heavy heart that we announce effective immediately, we have made the decision to close. Thank you to everyone who has supported us and make out business a success over that last few years. We will miss all of you and wish you the best!

As some of you know, back in March the Pampered Pom truck sustained body damage. We were fortunate at the time that we didn’t have to close for repairs immediately. However, after months of negotiation, a settlement was finally reached with the insurance company and we are able to begin the repair process. We are having to make some tough decisions. We were given the choice of closing down for 4 to 5 weeks at once, which is not feasible, or we could break it up into one week increments over the next several months.

Next week we will begin rescheduling appointments to allow for the repairs to happen. We want to thank you in advance for your patience and understanding while we navigate this situation.

What does this mean in short?
We will be closing the books for new clients for the remainder of the year. As we learn what weeks we need to close, we will be contacting those affected to reschedule their appointments.

Some of you have already met Amanda for those that haven’t here is a little info:
Amanda comes to us with over 8 years grooming experience. Getting her start while living in Hawaii, she brought her grooming skills back home to Oregon after the end of her husband's military service. Since finding her passion in grooming she has expanded her training with over 35 hours of continuing education and worked on mastering canine structure through AKC and UKC show handling. When she isn't grooming or at a dog show Amanda enjoys camping, baking and spending time with her siblings.
