You guys sure made the last show of the season a fun one- and way to go everyone who tossed their hat in the big ring and did some penning with us! SO much fun whether you are trying it for the first time or been doing it for ages- we can’t wait to support penning getting even more popular in the area🤘

❗️Update❗️
Unfortunately, our neighbors to the north are still on fire and that smoke has hit the area pretty hard.
The cattle would normally get hauled in tomorrow but with the heat we are expecting on top of poor air quality, that is not something we want to put our livestock through (and you, too, I suppose 😉).
We were excited to see everyone and am sorry to have to cancel! We will see you in August!

So…if you couldn’t tell…B7 had a busy weekend 😂

544 teams ran (all goes), 3k added money paid out, 60+ riders in show, a successful charity benefit, and only one hospital visit!!

If you’ve been to Bar 7, you know Lauren as our fearless cattle wrangler and lynchpin to the whole operation. She got a little bit ran over Saturday morning- nothing broken (thankfully 😮‍💨) but has bruising that would put Ali to shame 🥊
Does anyone think she would wear it if I made her a shirt that says “I went to B7 and all I got was this stupid bruise” ? 😂

We ended all the fun with Team Penning, what a great time and high note to end on!! 💪

Thanks again to all our riders, to those who supported Morgan P’s road to recovery, to everyone who was patient through the speed bumps (aka spicy cattle), and a special thank you to everyone who stuck around and coached our youth classes.
My absolute favorite part is how many “thank you for the ride” comments I hear in the announcers stand, These kids learn SO much from you- they are our next gen of sorters and already amazzzing sports 🩵
