A Personal Update from Floofy Pooch 🐩

I wanted to let everyone know that Floofy Pooch will be closed until after August 5th.

My family has been going through some changes, and I’ve had to take a step back from the salon to focus on what is needed at home. It was not an easy decision, but as a one-woman-run business with a growing family, sometimes I have to put family first.
I am hoping to reopen for a couple of weeks after August 5th, but I may need to close again sometime during September and October. I am still unsure of the exact dates, but I will keep everyone updated as soon as I know more.

Thank you all so much for being patient and understanding with me. I truly could not ask for better clients. Your support means so much to me, and I feel very lucky that you trust me with your pets. They are never just another appointment to me. I truly love them and care for them like they are my own.

Thank you for continuing to support Floofy Pooch and my family. I appreciate every single one of you and hope to see you and your sweet pups again soon. 🐾

I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank all of you for your patience, understanding, and support these past few weeks while our family has been dealing with back-to-back illnesses. Having to cancel and reschedule appointments is never something I take lightly, and I truly appreciate everyone who has been so kind and flexible during this time.

I also wanted to mention that while I do my best to respond to every text message regarding appointments, I am a work-from-home mom of two and handle all scheduling myself. The most effective way to book an appointment is through my online booking system. That way your request is securely in line and less likely to get lost in my inbox during busy days. (If there is ever an issue with online booking, please text and let me know)

Additionally, Facebook Messenger business chat has unfortunately not been very reliable for me. Sometimes I do not receive notifications, messages fail to load, or the connection has issues, which can occasionally cause messages to be missed. If you do not hear back from me, please don’t hesitate to text me directly or submit a booking request online.
Thank you again for your continued patience, support, and loyalty to Floofy Pooch. I truly wouldn’t have this business without all of my amazing clients and their wonderful pups. 💕
