To our valued clients.
I wanted to take the time to communicate a few changes that we will be implementing over the next couple of weeks. Please know that our goal remains the same, to always be able to provide the best possible service for you and your fur babies.
PRICE CHANGES
Starting August 1st, we will be increasing our prices. The new rates are still in line with current industry standards and are necessary for us to keep up with our own increasing operating costs. The increases will be as follows:
Small and Mediums - $5-$10 increase per dog
Large and Extra Larges - $10-$15 increase per dog
Please know that all price changes are made with scrutiny and out of necessity to continue bringing you the quality grooms and service we take pride in.
AVAILABILITY
After careful consideration, Lexi and I have made the decision to both reduce our workload and go down to part-time. For Lexi, this change will take place immediately, while I will gradually work my way down over the next few months. We will do our best to accommodate all our current clients, but availability will be very limited. I strongly recommend anyone who would like to keep Lexi as their groomer and who is not already on a 4- or 8-week recurring schedule to do so to guarantee availability.
ONLINE BOOKING
Due to our limited availability, we will no longer be accepting online bookings. We will be going back to our original policy of only accepting new clients who can commit to 4- or 8-week recurring appointments. Current clients who utilize the online booking system can still reach out via text to schedule appointments but will be subject to availability.
We appreciate your understanding as we implement these changes and do our best to rearrange the schedule with limited interruptions to services. And we are looking forward to some much-needed rest and time with our families.
