Wondering why we have been a bit silent lately? We went on our post market vacation and headed west! It was wonderful and gorgeous!
But now we are back and getting the mushrooms going again. Stay tuned for CSA opportunities and we will be delivering to our farm partners ASAP. (I’ll keep ya posted in our stories for when those deliveries happen)

Jamaican mushroom bowls! This dinner comes together quickly when you use holaislandprovisions Jamaican marinade on your favorite mushrooms. (I used oyster). It couldn’t have been easier, I just stirred a little marinade in after the oyster mushrooms were browned nicely, added a little water to deglaze the pan and served over rice and beans with mango salsa and fried plantain. 😋
Catch us and holaislandprovisions at the Angela Mansier tomorrow 9/12, 9-1pm.

Chunks of lions mane browned in butter, with more butter and salt stirred in at the end. You could stop here, eat right out of the pan and be very happy! 😋

What if you used your favorite crab Rangoon recipe but instead of lump crabmeat you used that lions mane instead?? Creamy, crispy, simply delicious!! Try it!
We have plenty of lions mane available! 🍄‍🟫❤️
