Thinking of offering 1 or 2 stalls for Full board or Lesson Board starting May 1st, anyone interested? Preference to ACTIVE boarders (open to barter/$ for chore shifts as well)

My place is not super fancy and in a constant state of upgrades (thanks to my day job taking up the weekdays 🙃) but everything is safe with Electrobraid fencing, rubber in grooming/bathing areas, maintained arena and working equitation obstacles (partial course up year round) and high quality hay/feed (I feed my own barely any grain due to pasture bales of Orc mix).

I love this saddle but sadly doesn't fit any of my current horses. Has permanent blocks and beautiful cantle detail, last adjusted in May 2025. Could use some re-tinting of leather.
