Awesome deal on a gorgeous horse!
**HLA CHRISTMAS SPECIAL**
HIGHH KARATE is being offered for the month of December at a special discounted price! HLA will provide a front view, two profile views, a “stick and level” height view, and a hind view of Highh Karate. HLA will also provide photos of Highh Karate’s sire and dam. Anything extra required, the prospective buyer will need to get in person or through a buyer-hired horse agent. A pre-purchase exam is welcomed at buyers expense. Ke Nako CS X Ecstatika (by Statistic)
Currently 14.3hh — anticipate at least 15.1hh when fully grown.
Karate has been on a diet of 4 lbs of Ultium Growth daily since weaning. Karate stands well for the farrier, and has been on a 6-9 week trim schedule since weaning. He is easily caught in a large pasture (7 acres), and leads well. Karate has had a fly mask on this summer, and wears it without issues. He will stand in a stock to be clipped and groomed. With patience from the handler, he quickly remembers the clippers are not going to eat him (lol!) and will allow his whiskers, eye lashes, and bridle path to be clipped with ease. Karate has been tied to a hitching post a handful of times without issue, but a ‘buddy horse’ was always present.
SIRE: Ke Nako CS is a Tidjani grandson that stands 15.2hh. He ran on the flat track, but sustained an injury. His owners chose to try him in endurance after proper rehabilitation. Unfortunately, Ke Nako CS was RO’d from his first ride half way through due to his injury causing an intermittent lameness. However, Ke Nako CS displayed some of the best metabolic parameters High Lonesome Arabians has seen from any horse, ESPECIALLY a stallion, at his first ride. Ke Nako CS trotted his entire first loop and upon arrival into the first check his heart rate was in the low 50’s.
DAM: Ecstatika was bred by Asgard Arabians and is a full sister to Emphatic, a gelding previously ridden/owned by Valerie Kanavy. She stands 15.1hh tall. Ecstatika has completed the fastest 50-mile endurance ride of any HLA horse with a ride time of 3 hours and 43 minutes. Ecstatika has a resting heart rate of 36, and when competing took only a few minutes to pulse down for veterinary inspections.
