A quick update on our Faye pup born with the heart condition. Her name is now Daisy Mae Faye and her sweet owners wanted to let us all know some amazing news!

“Hey! I just wanted to let you know that Daisy is going in for heart surgery on Sept 4. She has what’s called a patient ductus arteriosus. PDA surgery in dogs is a procedure to close the persistent ductus arteriosus, a blood vessel that fails to close after birth, leading to heart failure. It can happen to any living thing. Pretty easy fix they said and she’ll live a full life!! I will let you know how it goes. ❤️”
