This is a brilliant contraption for grabbing eggs from a broody hen. This morning when a broody hen wouldn’t budge I found this in my client’s hen house. There were 2 broodies trying to keep me away but I could scoop under and grab the goods with this. When they peck away with displeasure they didn’t get my hands so I was the winner winner chicken dinner of this round.

This morning was one of those “Hallmark” movie snows. Just perfect! These photos are 3 of my 4 animals enjoying it as well. You may notice that I don’t post other folks animals on my social media outlets. To me, it’s a privacy thing. Although I do share photos of animals with my clients when their animals are in my care, I’ve just come to a place in life where I feel like that’s your business and you can share what you want to share. In the early days I shared a couple with the owners permission and you might see those as you scroll through. So with that being said you will see only pictures of my animals on social media and it won’t be daily or even weekly. But if I do share a photo with you and you want to tag me then that is quite alright. I do ask that you not share while vacationing as that just lets people know you are not home and that we are coming and going. We appreciate you keeping us and your pets/home safe.

Thankful for those who call on us for your pet sitting and house sitting needs. Did you know we also care for homes that don’t have animals? Yes, we can drop by daily to take care of simple tasks like mail/📦 pickups and place inside your home; not sure if you closed the window in the kitchen; left something on that needs to be turned off or the opposite; got a storm alert and your are in another country and just want peace of mind about your property; a monthly wine order is due to arrive and you don’t want it to disappear? So many things and these are a few scenarios we are familiar with. We, Anita, Isaiah, and John, who helps out when not working his full-time job, appreciate you!

Suki and Si ❤️ walking and running in our neighbor’s “back 40”. We use the SportDOG Brand training collars to keep them close. This morning was a perfect fall morning venture!
