Layla is officially ready for adoption!🥰🐾
This sweet girl has come such a long way. She had FHO surgery and was spayed, and she’s been on strict rest while healing up.
At her 2-week checkup, the vet removed her sutures and recommended another two weeks of kennel rest. At 4 weeks post-op, she was walking normally again — no limping, no pain — and they gave her the green light… with just a little extra caution. She’s now cleared for adoption but still needs to avoid running and jumping for another week or so.
Layla is considered special needs because of her surgery. She’ll do best with joint supplements and gentle activity to keep her comfortable, but she’s doing amazing and is ready to find her forever home!
