π« Blueberry Cheesecake Rolls π«

Ingredients:
For the Dough:
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
1/4 cup warm water (110Β°F)
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 large egg
3 cups all-purpose flour
For the Filling:
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
For the Blueberry Sauce:
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 cup water
For the Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2-3 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Make the Dough π₯
In a large bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water. Add sugar, milk, melted butter, salt, and egg. Gradually add flour, mixing until a dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.
Prepare the Filling π§
In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Set aside.
Roll and Fill π°
