If anyone is willing to host the 4-H Horse Club for the 2026-2027 school year, I would love for you to reach out to me!
Ideally, the club meets once a month starting in September for 2 hours, generally from 10 am to 12 pm.
These are students from Richmond County with little to no experience with horses, so it would have to be a beginner class.

If I have returning students from the previous year, they have some experience being around horses and know how to be safe around horses. They know how to groom and lead horses.

We will not have a Horse Club if we cannot find a local farm to host us. I have had offers from SC, Columbia County, and McDuffie County, but would like to stay in GA. I would like the farm to be located in the Richmond County area. Our students usually come from the Hephzibah or West Augusta area, so Richmond County is preferred.

Thanks, and please share this post with anyone who you think might be able to help us out!
