Regulars (Long Message Ahead) : We answered your years of requests for us to have dine-in!! Our dining room is constantly empty (unless it’s Saturday).

We are open with a space for you to relax and enjoy a meal, sundae, coffee date or business meeting.

We are here 6 days a week 9-5pm Tues-Sat 11-3 Sunday.

We have hired a fabulous staff to scratch make our menu and ensure our speed of service is on point.

The overhead and labor costs are now 3x what we were at in the original bakery.

We need your help to let your co-workers know we are here, to have your next business meeting here, to take your girls on a coffee date here.

If you work at a hotel property let the concierge and chefs know we are here.

Please Help me to set up a meeting and bring samples to Hotel VIPs and Doctors who specialize in Gastric, Diabetics, etc.

If your boss is always ordering lunches and you have a celiac or diabetic on staff we offer catering for your office.

We have tried to get the new restaurant featured on the news but seems only closures make headlines lately.

We signed with a new website company .com who makes so many claims that they will increase online orders and in the tourist capital of the world we do ZERO hotel delivery a day- The website cannot answer why we are the only GF certified / Diabetic Safe + Scratch Made bakery in the city and get zero Google activity from tourists/delivery with a 15 mile delivery radius.

Please help us stay here to serve you- It’s what I truely love and am passionate about- It is my greatest joy to serve those who cannot otherwise enjoy a safe meal or treat for dietary restrictions.

For those regulars who have been in multiple times just know you are the heartbeat of the bakery - you’re helping me pay my amazing team to support themselves with every purchase and I don’t pay myself.
