Okay, this social media admin was "in the present" during and didn't get many pictures, but who can blame me?

All our favorite people and favorite pups were in one place at one time!

It was an absolutely wonderful day and we want to thank everyone who came out to support this little indie pet store.

We'll do it all again next year for 2026!

That's a wrap on 2025!

Thank you to everyone who came out to the shop today. We loved seeing familiar friends and new faces.

Thanks to the Southern Nevada Beagle Rescue Foundation for being part of the festivities and congrats to the raffle basket winners!

Even though NPSD is meant to recognize independent pet stores, it goes without saying that YOU, our community, are what keeps us going. We can't thank you enough for your support and love.

Neighborhood Pet Store Day is tomorrow!

A few housekeeping items before we kick off the festivities.

- Certain offers are live and active starting today.
- The shop is closed on Sundays. Any deal that runs through the 28th, can only be redeemed Saturday, the 27th.
- Some deals have limits or are on specific products so please read the details on offers your interested in.
- Supplies are limited (we only have so much shelf space 🥲).
- We will only be honoring these offers on 9/27 (except for the ones that start today).
- We will have additional one-day deals not listed on Astro that are special to 3rd Reef only.
- We may not have the same offers as other indie pet stores because we may or may not carry the same items. Feel free to dm, comment, or give us a call if you want check what we have in-stock.
- We can't set items aside. Because offers are one-day only, they have to be redeemed that day and we simply don't have the space to keep reserved items.

For this year's Neighborhood Pet Store Day we'll be raffling baskets benefiting Southern Nevada Beagle Rescue Foundation, a favorite organization here at 3rd Reef. They provide medical care like surgeries, dental care, medication, and even behavioral training for their rescues.

Festivities start at 10 am! Come by and support a great rescue while you celebrate NPSD with us.

Microchips are so quick and easy to set up. Even if you have an indoor pet, accidents and emergencies happen. A microchip with current contact info makes reunification fast. It's not only the law, but responsible pet ownership and preparedness.

Don't forget to Microchip! A friendly , we are partnering with local animal welfare organizations to offer $5 microchip services.

A new ordinance went into effect in August, it requires that all dogs and cats over four months old in unincorporated Clark County to have microchips. Let's keep our pets out of shelters and make reunions easier.

How it started vs. How it's going 😅

Theo & Luca were perfect pups during their baths today, even if they look less than enthused about being soggy and soapy.

Our self wash is open Mon-Fri 10 am to 5 pm and Saturday 10 am to 3 pm. We provide everything from the tub to shampoos, towels, brushes, and dryers. Come by and spare your bathroom a post-bath deep clean.
