I say with a heavy heart that we laid Lena to rest today under one of her favorite shade trees in the pasture. She was a very gentle and loving retired Thoroughbred race horse from New York. She was twice crowned a champion Hunter Jumper. She was slide lined with a hoof injury that we have been working diligently to correct. Thank you Ralph Hampton for all of the work you done to relieve her pain and to fix her hoof. So as we hang her halter for the final time may you Rest In Peace and Lena you will be truly missed.

We just got the new babies home from Henderson Animal Care Hospital in Henderson and settled into their nursery after getting their tails and dew claws docked. The vet examined them and said all puppies were in great health. After getting them in the nursery Gumbeaux check them out herself, gave everybody a bath, and has fed them.
