I am focused on the needs of the client and their dog. There is no "one size fits all" method in canine training, but there many common and accepted methods which can be used. I believe by adapting to the dog in front of me, the best results will be reached.

Not every rep is perfect and some aren’t even good, but dogs will get better if you take the time and work with them. We worked on a right side heel first, then walking both dogs at once, and then recalling both dogs and having them go to the correct side. It’s coming together, one day at a time!

First you think you’ve found a great place to hide, then you realize you were wrong, then you have a chance to give it up because there is no escape. But, you don’t make the wise decision and dare them to send the dog……..well, you take the consequences!

We had a great integration day with and . Finished the day with a little K9 decision making.

Let me set the scene: vehicle deployment with 2 suspects. The K9 convinces the suspects to surrender and then clears the vehicle prior to deputies or officers approaching. Does the dog have a clear understanding of the commands? Yes. Is everyone safer? Yes.

Conducted this training at the range so we had a lot of gunfire in the background as well as the use of a blank firing distration device.
