I can't believe it was a year ago today that we welcomed these adorable pups to the world! Happy birthday puppies!

Nelson is a big boy at 97 lbs and a huge clutz but such a good snuggle bug and if he can be touching someone he will find a way to do it.

It's been a minute since my last post. Pups are 10.5 weeks and only one is still looking for his furever home. Sweet little orange or Dandelion (if you have read or watched Watership Down you will understand the name) as we are calling him is still available. Red went home last Friday and I'm late in posting about that since life is busy especially in spring for us (garden prep time and planting this next week).

Dandelion is loving the one on one time with Hazel who loves still having a playmate. He wears her out and that's hard to do. He is a super fast learner and loves eating out of her bowl. He loves getting to prowl the house and yard and stays home really well. We haven't had any getting "stuck" under the woodpile incidents in a week too. 🤣

We would love to see pictures of the other pups in their new homes as well. Feel free to share pictures and stories anytime.

Here are a couple other last photos of the puppies before they went home. They got their first baths on Friday and most were not a fan. But all did pretty good considering it was their first time in the bathroom. We had lots of outside time and lots of cuddles.

And then there were 2! Red's new home fell through due to no fault of his own so he is available again and Orange is still looking for his new home. They are 8 weeks old today and ready to go home.

The rest of the pups went home this weekend. It is sad that we don't get as many puppy cuddles but I'm so happy they are all doing good. I am loving seeing the photos with their new families already.

Let me know if you or anyone you know is looking for a puppy. We want these guys to go to loving homes. Red is more adventurous as he gets older and is super playful. He would be great for a family with kids. Orange is more timid and loves cuddles most of all. He would be a great service dog.

It's been a crazy week and I haven't had much time to post. Here are a bunch of pictures from the past week.

Pups went to the vet yesterday and all got a clean bill of health and first shots. They did really well and all the gals at the vet were in love with the bucket of puppies.

I can't believe they go home in just 2-3 days! It seems like they were so little and barely bigger than my hand. We're sad to see them go but we're so excited for the families getting their new puppies. They are ready to make other people smile as much as Hazel did us when we got her and ever since. I can't wait to see pictures as they grow up.

Orange is the only one left still looking for his forever home. He is a super snuggle bug. He loves attention and follows me everywhere. He is a bit timid but with encouragement, he is willing to be a bit more brave and go further.

Outside is the best! Pups are so excited to get outside every day! They just run around, chase each other and Hazel, and fine leaves and sticks to chew on. They are even learning to climb the stairs in the house and get off the deck on their own. Going down stairs seems to be disconcerting for them all, like their mother at this age. Just one more week before they go to homes! Time flies.

Orange, red, and green are still looking for their forever homes.
