– Sit with the quiet, even when it feels too heavy.
– Hold onto the things that remind you of them.
– Keep their space, just for a little while.
– Let yourself feel everything that comes.
– Speak their name. Tell their story.
– Walk the paths you shared, even if it’s hard.
– Keep the little routines that kept you grounded.
– Thank them, out loud or in your heart.
– Move forward, slowly… gently.

And remember this—
you were theirs, and you gave them your best.
Love like that doesn’t end…
it changes, and it stays. 🐾❤️
