Dear Valued Clients,

It is with a heavy heart that I share **Sophie’s Dog Spa will be closing its doors on May 1st** as I step away to focus on my mental well-being. This decision has not been easy, as caring for your beloved pets has brought me immense joy and fulfillment.

I want to express my deepest gratitude for your trust, support, and kindness over the years. Your loyalty and the love I’ve experienced from both you and your furry companions will always hold a special place in my heart.

While this chapter is ending, I’m more than happy to help recommend your next groomer and pass on my grooming notes for them.

Thank you for being part of this journey. I will miss you all dearly.

We'll be playing it safe with this potential weather event Friday and will be closing both Friday and Saturday. I'll be calling folks scheduled those days by the end of today to get everyone rescheduled. Everyone stay safe and stay warm!

❄️❄️We will be watching all of the up-to-date weather forecasts today in regards to Friday's possible winter storm. Our grooming salon is going to be closed Friday, but we will decide by the end of the day what we plan to do. Most likely we will close too, as we have employees that live north of the city. Stay tuned! ❄️❄️

🎄🐾 Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from all of us at Sophie's Dog Spa! We’re taking a festive break and will be closed until January 2nd to celebrate the holidays with our furry friends. Just a quick reminder that starting in January, we will be implementing a price increase and some new policies to enhance your grooming experience. Dear valued clients,
We wanted to inform you of some changes happening at our dog grooming salon starting January 2nd!

First and foremost, we will be implementing a price increase for our services. This change will allow us to continue providing top-notch care and grooming for your beloved pets. We appreciate your understanding and continued support during this time.

Additionally, we will be adjusting our appointment time slots to be more efficient and accommodating for both you and our staff. We believe these changes will help streamline the grooming process and ensure that all appointments run smoothly.

As a reminder, our policy regarding no shows and late arrivals remain the same. Late fees will still be charged for missed appointments and late drop offs, so please be sure to confirm your appointments via text and let us know if you're running late to avoid any unnecessary charges.

We kindly ask that you pick up your dog as soon as possible after their grooming session, unless prior arrangements have been made. Any pickups after closing will be subject to a late pickup fee, unless discussed and approved in advance.

Thank you for your continued support and understanding as we make these policy changes. We look forward to continuing to provide exceptional grooming services for your furry loved ones.

We're on vacation, y'all! Beth and her bae are hitting the mountains for her birthday this weekend, so we'll be closed until August 12th. See you soon, and try not to have too much fun without us!

Now that the spring break craziness is over, I wanted to take a minute to announce that WE WON BEST BOARDING FACILITY IN SHELBY COUNTY!! 🎉 🎉🎉🎉🎉

Everyone, please meet Benji. This sweet old man is unfortunately having to be rehomed due to his owner moving into a retirement home out of state and she cannot take him with her. He is a previous Two by Two rescue and has come such a long way in those four years since! He is around 15 pounds, calm, and as loving as can be. His favorite things are napping and having his chin rubbed. We've been grooming him since his adoption and is fairly low maintence grooming wise. If you are interested in adopting Benji, please message or call us and we can get you into contact with his family.
