Our beloved office cat, Trout, has been a supporting member of our team for many years. Many of our friends & visitors know just how important Trout is to us. His presence has been a blessing for many who desperately needed a warm nose to nuzzle when tears wouldn’t stop flowing.

We must unfortunately share that our forever friend has passed peacefully today, surrounded with all the love & support he has shown us all throughout his 17 year long journey.

We wish to thank everyone that has ever met him for keeping his memory alive, the incredible amount of love he held was shared with everyone he greeted in our office over the years.

Through multiple moves, crossing state lines, life threatening health problems that required surgery, & years upon years of pure love; Trout has truly fulfilled all 9 of his lives & more.

Trout is deeply missed by many, please feel free to share your own stories with him in the comments & to give your pets extra love for us tonight ❤️🫂🐾

It is with profound pride & sadness we must share with our friends in the community that our Operations Manager, Amanda, will no longer be with the company as of January 23, 2026.

We are immensely grateful for her dedication, compassion & impact on the growth of Faithful Friends since 2016. Amanda has spent countless hours with countless families & pets, her efforts incredibly honorable, will not only be missed, but cherished & remembered for everyone.

In her time with Faithful Friends, Amanda has overcome countless hurdles & felt the grief we all recognize in ourselves. All while excelling in her personal goals including her undergrad & then Master’s Degree in Business Administration with concentration in Leadership & Marketing.

We are so proud of Amanda, her journey so far can not be described with words alone. We are excited for her next steps in her journey & wish her a successful career ahead.

To allow our team time with their families we will have limited office hours on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. The office will also be closed for Christmas Day and New Year's Day.

As always, we will still have a team member available for urgent needs, so please do not hesitate to call should you need our help.

As we enter the last couple of weeks of 2025, it’s important to take time to reflect and give thanks to those who make this possible.

Faithful Friends has been serving the community since 2007 - and over the years we have seen so many changes. One of the best changes has been the growth of our team. We have the most compassionate group who are dedicated to the pets and families we help. We are immensely grateful for their hard work throughout the year.

And to the families we have helped - thank you for trusting us with those you hold most dear. We are honored to care for your beloved Faithful Friends 💜
