Today we’re celebrating 3 amazing years with our incredible Operations Manager, Lauren! 💕 From day one, she has been the heartbeat of Mountain Dog Lounge, keeping us organized, supported, and thriving.

This year is extra special because not only are we marking her 3-year anniversary, but we’re also celebrating her next big adventure: becoming a mom! 👶💖 While it will be her last year with us as she gets ready to be a stay-at-home mama, we couldn’t be more excited for her. Lauren’s baby will be the very first official MDL family baby, and we already can’t wait to shower this little one with so much love! 🐾✨

Rose is the heart of our front line. Her love for animals runs deep, and her passion shows, especially when it comes to the rescue pups she works so hard to help.

She’s got that rare ability to crack through anyone’s hardshell with a perfectly timed comment (even if it’s paired with a heavy dose of sass 😏). Rose does it all with grit, heart, and humor.

🎉 Our girl Jolene has officially graduated from her grooming apprenticeship! 🐾✂️ Watching her grow into the talented, compassionate groomer she is today has made me feel like a proud mom 🥹💖 She’s already doing amazing things, and I couldn’t be happier to see her continue to blossom.

She’s already doing such amazing work, and I’m beyond happy to see her follow her passion and grow.

We’re also so lucky to still have her as part of the Mountain Dog Lounge team — she continues to bring her humor and talent to our salon family, and we’re grateful for every moment she shares with us 💕
