Licking County Dog Shelter and Adoption Center (Dog Wardens Office)

Licking County Dog Shelter & Adoption Center's mission is to provide the public of Licking County with effective & efficient Dog Warden services by active enforcement of state laws. Our goals, to our citizens and dogs, are to get your dog home first and foremost. If unable to do that then we shelter, adopt, & promote public safety, as well as responsible dog ownership, spay/neuter, and promote the best care of your 4 legged companion.

This page is ran by your local Dog Wardens and Staff. Our job is to help owners find their dogs as quickly as possible, and to educate the public about the available resources of licensing, re-homing, and adoption.
