Our New Year’s resolution: to provide even better care and service to every pet and every client who walks through our doors.
In 2026, this means:
• Longer appointment times so we can slow down, never rush, and give each pet the attention they deserve
• Expanded in-house training for our team, with a stronger focus on our nose-to-tail wellness checks to better identify potential skin, coat, ear, dental, and comfort concerns
• Continued education in fear-free, comfort-first, enriched, and safety-focused grooming, including improved handling techniques and equipment
• More individualized care, tailored to each pet’s needs, temperament, and comfort level
Our goal isn’t to do more dogs, it’s to do better grooming.
We are committed to raising the standard of care and being the salon pet parents trust when they want thoughtful, attentive, and professional grooming for their pets.
A quick reminder as we move into 2026:
Due to the continued increase in the cost of supplies, products, and operating expenses, and the higher level of care, time, and training we are committed to providing, prices will be increasing in 2026.
• Price adjustments will apply across all services
• Certain coat types and sizes may see an additional increase due to time, labor, and care requirements
These changes allow us to continue delivering the quality, safety, and attention your pets deserve.
