Bailey’s Bark Park at City Park in Hazleton

Bailey’s Bark Park at City Park is accepting online applications for registration.

Yearly registration is $75 per family up to three dogs.
Payment is preferred online with credit card, but can be provided with a check or money order made out to HAZADOG. Mail it to: Bailey’s Bark Park PO. Box 2033 Hazleton , PA 18201.

For registration, you will need updated rabies vaccination record, Pennsylvania license information and signature of a dog policy waiver.
Please call 570-790-8111 once you have registered.
We will review your application information and meet to provide access fob to enjoy the dog park.

Bailey’s provides dog waste bags year-round, water and pot-a-potty is available during spring and summer season.

The dog park is open from dawn until dusk 365 days a year and is a fun, safe place for your dogs to run off leash.

Bailey’s Bark Park is a members only Off Leash Dog Park. Anyone can join for a weekend pass or annual pass with registration requirements as described on Bark Membership registration portal.
Please make sure you upload both rabies and Pennsylvania dog license. Pennsylvania State dog license is to be uploaded in the drop-down for vaccinations. If you can’t perform task then bring it with you during registration, we will take a picture and manually upload it.
