We planted a few thousand bareroot seedlings in this Greentree reservoir to encourage the process of getting the targeted species up and coming.

The drahts are not worth a crap at assisting in the planting process, but they must ahve thought that the dibble bar was a gun and hunted that block of woods out. They thinned a couple of nest raiders out of the herd.

Another milestone for these Greentree reservoirs. This passes 10-20x the volume of water that pipes can and no need for beaver/trash guards. It all goes through it.

Awn and Acuta managed to find a few snow bunnies. My experience is that Drahts tend to sprinkle more excitement on a rabbit hunt than the "normal" breeds. No predators are safe! 😎

Awn played the "catcher" part of the game pretty well; my young shooting partner had a few more "fouls." Good times were had regardless of how many extra hulls were spent. 🤣
