Getting some saddle time on McKenna 2 year old. She arrived here in January as a skinny, scronny thing that wasn’t halter broke. I did enough work to make her “safe” to handle and sent her home with McKenna with alot of homework. She was to small and her knees where developed enough for me to really ride. I’ll put enough of a handle one her to send her home with more homework. I have always found it important to teach my students how to get them from A-Z because I won’t always be here to do it for them so they need to be able to function without me. I hate when trainers teach kids just enough to always need them.
