The pack at Animal Cottage is excited to announce that we are now scheduling grooming appointments! Our grooming room re-model is almost complete and our new groomer, Alex, is currently making appointments that will begin on November 17th. Give her a call directly at 534-356-1534 to get your appointment scheduled!

Our complete re-model includes new hydraulic tub and table, tile flooring, bathing station, along with all new highest quality grooming equipment! Schedule your appointment now or schedule a tour to come in and see for yourself how Alex will pamper your pet!

Our new Kuranda beds have arrived and are now being used by all our furry guests (including cats)!

A most whole-hearted thank you to one of our pack members, Paris, who spent many hours putting together the 45 beds!

Also available for a nominal fee are soft fleece blankets and canvas bed pads that can be attached to the top of the Kuranda beds to enhance the comfort of your pet. You can request this option during your reservation check-in or on our Customer Portal at https://animalcottage.portal.gingrapp.com.

In addition, we will be donating 10% of all proceeds from the rental of the Kuranda blankets and pads to the wonderful Kuranda ShelterBeds organization (https://shelterbeds.org/) that donates Kuranda beds to animal welfare organizations across the country!

Obedience and Agility training is now available by trainer extraordinaire Janelle Smedley! Obedience classes start on Monday, June 13th, 2022 at either 6PM or 7PM while Agility classes start on Wednesday, June 22nd, 2022 at either 6PM or 7PM. These will be 6 week classes and we are taking reservations now. Please call us at 715-634-8712 or log into our online reservation portal at https://animalcottage.portal.gingrapp.com to get signed up. Hurry as there are only 10 spots available per class!

In addition, private training sessions with Janelle are coming soon (within the next few weeks).

Timberlawn Pet Care Center is now Animal Cottage!

All the amazing care and experiences that you and your pets have had over the years will continue as the new owners (Carol Rhea-Groenlund and Jordan Groenlund) transition into the facility.

But we have many enhancements currently in the works that we will implement in the near-term including full-service grooming in our upgraded grooming room, dog training, doggy daycare, enrichment activities, and much more!

Please stay tuned as we roll out our new enhancements that will take the premier Hayward, Wisconsin pet lodging facility to the next level, SUPREME Hayward, Wisconsin pet lodging facility!

Timberlawn Pet Care Center is hiring for a part-time kennel attendant. Basic duties include: providing a high level of care to boarded pets, cleaning/sanitizing, answering phones, creating appointments, and walking dogs. Must be willing to work weekends and evenings. Starting pay based on experience and must be over 18 to apply

Here is an update for the Christmas hours:
We will be open to the public Christmas Eve morning 12/24 from 8 am to noon and closed for the remainder of the day. Timberlawn will be closed on Christmas Day and reopening the day after from 4 pm to 7 pm.

We have only a couple kennels remaining for over the holidays. Please call 715-634-8712 if you would like to reserve a spot for your pet(s)

Timberlawn will be closed to the public on Thanksgiving day but will be caring for the boarded pets that day. We do have a couple remaining kennels if you are needing somewhere to board your pet(s) over the holidays. Thank you and Happy Thanksgiving 🦃
