Hypochlorous acid has helped us battle blotch in fruiting and contamination in lab on the cheap! All you need is one or a few usb generator dongles, usb charger and 1-5 gallon jug. We can generate 2000+ppm concentrate at a time then dilute down to max 200ppm for food surfaces, 50ppm for direct food contact and 200-500 for treating walls and floors. Even at 50ppm its still super effective at sanitizing. We even use a dosatron in fruiting to wash down the walls and floor weekly. It does break down with time in storage but not too rapidly. Just like with any sanitizer, make sure you check concentration daily before use. This recipe actually is closer to 2-3000 ppm if you let 3 generators go for 48 hrs in 5 gallons.
